You are planning a wedding, not a bar logistics operation. Here is exactly what we take off your plate.
Dry hire, done right
You supply the alcohol, we supply everything else. Ice, glassware, mixers, fresh juices, syrups, garnishes, napkins, bar tools, setup and full clean-up all arrive with us. Buying your own beer, wine and spirits keeps your bar budget where it belongs: with you.
TIPS-certified bartenders
Every event is staffed by TIPS-certified bartenders who know how to read a room, keep the line moving and serve responsibly. Up to two bartenders come with each wedding package, and they handle the pouring so you never touch a bottle on your own day.
Styled to your theme
The trailer is dressed for your day: florals, signage, menu boards and lighting coordinated with your palette. She is battery-powered and zero-noise, so she fits a garden, a barn, a vineyard or a ballroom without a generator humming through your vows.

We are based in Cary and work Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Apex, Holly Springs, Wake Forest and the surrounding areas. Travel is included within 15 miles; beyond that a simple travel fee applies.

The questions couples ask
Do we need a permit for the bar?
The host handles the NC ABC permit for the event, since you are supplying the alcohol. We walk you through which permit applies to your venue and timeline before your date, so nothing surprises you in the final weeks.
Is alcohol included in the price?
No, and that is on purpose. Ours is a dry hire model: you buy the beer, wine and spirits, and we bring everything else plus the bartenders. Per NC ABC law the alcohol has to be provided by the host, and buying it yourself usually costs far less than a per-drink package.
How far will you travel for a wedding?
We serve the Triangle and surrounding areas: Raleigh, Cary, Durham, Chapel Hill, Apex, Holly Springs, Wake Forest, Clayton and Fuquay-Varina. Travel is included within 15 miles of Cary. Beyond that a travel fee applies, quoted up front before you book.
What does the venue need to provide?
A level spot to park the trailer, access to the site for setup, and power for our lighting and any blender work. She is battery-powered and zero-noise, so we do not need a generator running next to your ceremony.
Can you do a mocktail-only or coffee bar for our wedding?
Yes. We build zero-proof menus, dirty soda bars, lemonade stands and coffee bars for weddings, brunches and after-parties. Tell us the vibe and we will design the menu around it.
