It Starts Before We Arrive
The morning of your event, while you're getting ready, we're in our prep kitchen. Squeezing citrus by hand. Pulling herbs. Reducing seasonal fruits into syrups. Tasting, adjusting, tasting again. By the time we pull up to your venue, everything is ready — and nothing came from a bottle with a label you'd recognize from a grocery store shelf.
That's what "garden to glass" means to us. It's not a tagline. It's how we actually work.
Why Fresh Ingredients Change Everything
There's a reason a cocktail from a great bar tastes different than one poured from a pre-mix bottle. Fresh juice is brighter, more complex, less cloying. Hand-crafted syrup has depth that a commercial product can't replicate. Fresh herbs release aromatics that make a drink smell as good as it tastes.
Your guests may not be able to articulate it — but they'll feel it. "Wait, what is in this?" is a phrase we hear at every single event.
What We Actually Use
- Citrus: Hand-pressed lemons, limes, and oranges the day of your event
- Herbs: Fresh mint, basil, rosemary, and lavender — sourced locally when in season
- Syrups: Made from scratch — lavender, hibiscus, seasonal fruit reductions, spiced simple syrups
- Garnishes: Real fruit slices, edible flowers, dehydrated citrus — not maraschino cherries from a jar
- Mixers: Quality carbonated water, fresh-pressed juice, coconut cream, and specialty sodas
The Mocktail Promise
This matters most for our non-alcoholic drinks. A bad mocktail is just juice with bubbles — sweet, flat, forgettable. A great mocktail, built with fresh ingredients and real craft, is genuinely exciting. We design every mocktail like it's the headliner — because for some of your guests, it is.
When everyone at the table is sipping something beautiful, the whole energy of the event shifts. That's the goal.
